Unbound is an audio-library application provided by Krøis Creative (CVR 46408713). By using it, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Your content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to import, copy, and play audio using Unbound. Do not use Unbound to infringe copyright or other rights.

LibriVox catalog

Discover uses catalog information from LibriVox and associated files and community reviews hosted by Internet Archive. Unbound is independent from and is not endorsed by either service. Their availability, metadata, reviews, and files may change or become unavailable.

LibriVox identifies its recordings and associated catalog material as public domain in the United States. Copyright and public-domain rules differ by country. You are responsible for confirming that downloading or using a work is lawful where you are located.

Unbound Pro

The three-day Unbound Pro preview starts automatically, requires no payment, and does not renew or charge automatically. After it ends, Pro can be unlocked with the displayed lifetime purchase or monthly auto-renewable subscription. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled through Apple. Apple processes payments, cancellations, refunds, and subscription management under its terms.

Availability and responsibility

The app is provided as available without a guarantee that every file, external catalog item, transfer, or service will always work. To the extent permitted by law, Krøis Creative is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
